JLPeach was created for women around the world to reach their fitness goals in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and realistic. But over time, JLPeach has evolved into something far more personal — a space exclusively for SEN (Special Educational Needs) parents like me, because we are so often overlooked by mainstream health and wellness.


In 2019, I became a mum to Oliver — my beautiful, brave boy who lives with complex needs, including autism, developmental delays, seizures, and a rare NRXN1 gene deletion. As his needs have grown over the years, so has the intensity of our life. Like so many SEN mums, I found myself putting my own well-being, my health, and even my identity on the back burner just to keep up with the demands of his care.


What I came to realise — and what no one really tells you — is that caring for a child with additional needs becomes a full-time, consuming role. Your time, your energy, and your focus are poured into appointments, therapies, meltdowns, advocacy battles, sleep deprivation, and constant vigilance. And somewhere in that chaos, you get lost.


I searched for support within the fitness and wellness industry, but what I found was disheartening: generic plans, rigid schedules, and unrealistic expectations from trainers who couldn’t begin to understand the reality of SEN parenting. There was a huge gap — one that left parents like me feeling unseen, exhausted, and unsupported.


That’s why I rebuilt JLPeach from the ground up — for us.



A Bit More About Me


Before motherhood, I was — and still am — a fully qualified personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women from all over the world, helping them transform not just their bodies, but their confidence and mindset too. Fitness is my passion, but realistic fitness — the kind that adapts to life — is my purpose.


I’ve taken everything I’ve learned over the last decade — the science, the strategies, the psychology, and the success stories — and poured it all into the JLPeach app. But this time, it’s built with SEN mums at the heart of it. Because our lives demand more flexibility, more compassion, and a totally different approach to health and wellness.

My Why


Everything you see here was created through the lens of a mum who is still in it — who knows what it’s like to restrain her child to give life-saving medication, to fight for diagnoses, to cry behind closed doors, and to love fiercely through every challenge. My son Oliver is at the centre of my world — and this platform is built from the experience of parenting him.

Hey, I'm Jamie, a personal trainer and creator of the JLPeach Program!

I started taking are more proactive approach to my lifestyle after falling ill in my second pregnancy. To spare you the gory details and to cut a long story short - I was in hospital for 4 months. In this time, my body and mind deteriorated significantly and my little girl was born super early. After over-coming all of the hurdles and recovering from the pregnancy, I promised myself that I would do whatever it takes to be strong and healthy for my girls and for myself. 


I began working out from home because I didn’t have the time or money to get to the gym, so I made a little home gym and felt amazing!


It knew I needed to do something to better myself so I went to university which came with a free gym membership! I instantly fell in love with working out and this was a turning point in my life.


I started noticing changes in my body after about 1 year of weight-training. I learned the hard way that results don’t happen over night and you have to be consistent with your training. 


4 years on, I graduated from university, my girls are doing amazing and I'm doing something I love - helping hundreds of girls all over the world get fit, healthy and strong! 


I now I want to help women achieve their goals both physically and mentally. I am here every step of the way to personally assist women gain knowledge, improve their health and change their life for the better.

  • Is this the right program for me?

    This is a gym or home based programme for those of you wanting to focus on your lower body progression. This is an amazing full body programme toning the rest of your body whilst utlising glute hypertrophy.

  • Do you follow this training program?

    Yes, this program is exactly what I do myself as you will see from my videos.. 

    They are also updated monthly with new workouts and a meal plan tailored to you.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. 

    Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • What is included in the program?

    With every program you get a TAILORED workout plan that is regularly updated and can also be changed on your circumstances. 

    Not only do you get full support from myself and my team, you will have the ability to update your progress, received a tailored meal plan, tips to enhance your workout experience, access to our live members group, join weekly Q & A sessions and live chat. 

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • How do I pay for my plan?

    You can pay by visa debit/credit card on sign up.

  • I have not received an email confirmation?

    If you don't receive an email after your purchase, firstly check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven't received an email confirmation, please contact support at info@jlpeach.app

  • I don’t remember my password and login details? How do I regain access to my program?

    Simply go to the members area and select forgotten username or password.

  • Refunds and returns.

    When you purchase any of the programs or digital products you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to consumer and can be seen by the consumer. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

    • if there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never recovered by the buyer.
    • If the transaction was not genuine due to card fraud, etc.
    • If there is a duplicate order or payment.
  • Cancellations

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself and my team at info@jlpeach.app with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised programme. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each week the same?

    No, each week is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.

  • Is this what you do in the gym?

    Yes, you will do the exercises that I have put together for you then they are personalised to your fitness goals!

  • Is this a glute based programme?

    The Peach Body Plan does have a glute focus - this is my speciality! It is so important to train all of your other muscle groups though in order to achieve that hour glass effect everyone is aiming for. So you will receive upper body workouts too for an all over transformation!

  • What makes this program different to other programmes?

    This program is completely personalised for you with you're own dashboard you can access via your smartphone. After working with 100s of women on my previous programs and achieving amazing results, its time to do this on a much more broader and personalised scale. Not only do you get a tailored meal plan and workouts - you will get the full support of me and my team whenever you need us! Even if its for a chat - I’m all ears.


    The program has been trialled and tested over the last few years with amazing results - with changes throughout the programme which include different levels of rep, volume, weights, supersets and pyramids, hyper trophy, and resistance work. 

  • What is the training split?

    The workout split is all tailored to you - so if you can only get to the gym 3 times a week I will have this tailored to suit you. If this changes over time we can always change it to more sessions for you - no extra charge! I want you to have the very best experience.

  • Is this a subscription or a one off payment?

    It is a subscription so that you can continue your progress. Rather than having a one off payment, me and my team are constantly working around the clock to regularly update your tailored program as you go into a new month of your program. You get all the perks of a personal trainer in your pocket and is totally accommodating to your circumstances and goals! 


    We have made our subscription as affordable as possible. If you only want to workout for the month, that is absolutely fine as you can cancel anytime.
